Dealership is great meaning the personnel. The issue I had with the car was the battery software server from Germany was faulty, took them 2 months to fix the battery synchronization issue. Went in for a recall and came out with nothing done. I requested an update around 4pm and was told ” we are finishing it up now just waiting on the update to go through and say it is complete ill reach I requested an update around 4pm and was told ” we are finishing it up now just waiting on the update to go through and say it is complete ill reach out in a few once i know its 100% good“ Received a call after that they misunderstood tech and that they couldn’t proceed until I paid for a diagnosis. Now I will say the issue is related to abs and the car was in for an abs recall I’m not sure how it’s my responsibility to pay for a diagnosis. More
