It could have been better My car had 2 issues that I needed looked at, and one that I lucked into as I was taking it into the dealership. My wipers would stop working at the t My car had 2 issues that I needed looked at, and one that I lucked into as I was taking it into the dealership. My wipers would stop working at the top swing and was becoming dangerous to try and lean out my window and push them down. The other issue is that my car has been stalling out in mid drive to work. I would be exiting off of 295 and id realize my power steering was gone because my car was off. This happened probably 2 - 3 times a month and I figured if anyone could solve the problem, it would be the people working on VWs all the time. I had my tire pressure light come on and I had an ignition issue a while back that locked me out and still makes me leary so they were add ins. I got an oil change and a new wiper motor, they found nothing for the stalling, and told me the ignition was not something I should be concerned about. The tire had a nail but that was under warranty elsewhere. So fast forward...2 days in the shop, 30 miles of driving it and no stalls, an oil change and motor, plus a 10% discount cost me just about $715. I got an oil change and motor....I picked it up Thursday, and now Monday morning it stalled on 295 again, and today it stalled sitting at a red light. I thought dealerships were more expensive but more thorough than other shops, I feel a bit cheated and dont feel comfortable that I cant this issue fixed by a licensed certified VW mechanic. The issue I have is with the price of the wiper blade service and also not finding the cause of something as serious as my car stalling while driving. More

Nasty attitudes, poor service I had a prepaid service plan and had my car serviced here one time, in May 2019. I had 17k miles at the time. Apparently rather than do the 10k serv I had a prepaid service plan and had my car serviced here one time, in May 2019. I had 17k miles at the time. Apparently rather than do the 10k service, they did the 20k service was early. When I called to schedule next service, I was told I had one prepaid service remaining. Had to reschedule and was again told it was the last prepaid service. When I brought it in, I was told by Ginny that there was no service remaining and they had it scheduled for an oil change that I would have to pay for. When I tried to explain the situation she was dismissive and basically said too bad. I left the car and called the manager. He called back 3 hours later, after my car was already ready to pick up. When I spoke with the manager, he was incredibly rude. He basically told me that if I didn't like what Ginny had to say, I didn't have to leave my car. He actually told me "You could have took your car and left, correct?". When I returned to pick up my car, Ginny was on the phone with another customer giving then a similar attitude and told them "well next time maybe you ought to plan your car service ahead of time when you have something going on instead if waiting until the last minute." While I certainly would not have waited and gone out of my way to pay $80 for an oil change, I was far more upset with the manner I was spoken to by Ginny and Mike than the cost. More
