First service.... but they made it right I came in for a 30k service and wanted a window control fixed. Good experience even though the problem isn't fixed I brought my Sportwagen in because the switch on the steering wheel that controls tuning the radio stopped working. They were courteous and prompt wit I brought my Sportwagen in because the switch on the steering wheel that controls tuning the radio stopped working. They were courteous and prompt with diagnosing that it was indeed a broken switch, but the repair cost (mostly for the part) made it too expensive to be worth fixing. It's not Hamilton VW's fault that the part is exorbitant. Melissa's a delight. More
