I was able to drop my car off the night before (at my convenience) due to the Hamilton Volkswagen makes it very convenient to have service work done. First thing in the morning I received a text message from my service advisor, Tom, letting me know I can contact him at any point to check the status of my car. He kept me informed the entire time from the diagnosis, to the estimate, to when I could expect to have my car completed. Once done, I was able to pick up the car in the evening due to their convenience hours. Great service! More
