Terrible communication seems like a toxic work place seems like the technicians are guessing about what is wrong with the cars and how to fix them. Dealing with the female service writer is an awful experience. I bought my vehicle there but I don't think I'm going to return again for service unless something changes there. I almost felt like I was an inconvenience because I was having an issue with my vehicle. I had to bring my vehicle in for the same problem 3 times. One time I showed for my appointment and there was no one there that could fix my vehicle so I had to make another appointment and come back again. All I needed done was get a key programmed to my vehicle. I made my appointment for 8am and when I came in to get my key done it took 2 hours. More
