Brought car in for service for a brake fluid flush. This was done as promised. But the Technician found a nail in the right rear tire so we replaced. When I got home I noticed the DOT date was 45 19. The employees at the front desk make you feel uncomfortable like you are bothering them that you walked in. She seemed bothered so I asked for the mgr who said he would do it but not in a tone that made me feel comfortable Takes a month to get a loaner and when I leased the car they offered the service like it was easy The rep who makes the follow up appt acted the same way like your bothering her and when I asked questions about an issue I had she told me to do to the website to find the answer I enjoy my car but if Volkswagen trains their employees ti act like that I rather purchase another model More
