I was there on 3/31 for oil change and asked to see why usb charging cable is loose and they charged diagnosis’s $67.5 for telling me that it need to replace housing 😁 I never asked me to do any diagnosi usb charging cable is loose and they charged diagnosis’s $67.5 for telling me that it need to replace housing 😁 I never asked me to do any diagnosis rather I wanted them to fix and replaced the broken plastic piece. I have had my Jetta TDI in to the Service Department several times now for warranty repairs, mostly covered by the extended warranty for the diesel emissions recall. I have always been satisfied with the work performed. I will continue to come back as needed. The key fob for my Jetta is not working and I was quoted $309.00 to replace and program it. I would actually need two key fobs, as the second one is also not working. That is an absolutely ridiculous amount of money for a key fob. Under no circumstance would I spend that kind of money ona key fob. Opening the door with a key works just fine. More
