My Uncle had previously purchased a Ford Taurus back in 2005 and said I needed to go there and that he was very satisfied with his experience so I went to Hammonasett Ford what a difference in customer ser 2005 and said I needed to go there and that he was very satisfied with his experience so I went to Hammonasett Ford what a difference in customer service from the Branford Ford dealership. David Pero was a very friendly and a very knowledgeable salesman. I actually almost missed the car I did purchase if not for him. I told him I was looking for something with low mileage and he showed me a car at the very end of the lot that I missed. I took it for a test drive and bought it this week and I couldn't be happier. Plus they gave me a good price on my trade-in. I love my 2008 Ford Focus. Thanks Guys! More

The overall experience I had with Hammonasset Ford was terrific. Given the fact that we where dealing with a vehicle recall situation which did not provide us time to "shop" for a car, the Sales Team gav terrific. Given the fact that we where dealing with a vehicle recall situation which did not provide us time to "shop" for a car, the Sales Team gave us focused attention and work thru the process of find, financing and acquiring our car within 2 hours. I'd give them 0 stars if I could. We purchased a car from them and had it shipped to us. There were "issues" with the car that they did not disclose and blamed shipper. Lots of pressure to buy. They were great communicators before the sale, but afterwards not so much. I would not refer anyone I know to purchase a car from here (unless I hated them). More
