My Wife and I were searching for a new Dodge Charger, which we found at Hampstead Pre-Owned via the CarFax online search. We arrived and were paired up with Mo, who was absolutely fantastic! Thankfully, they had an amazing 2018 Civic Hatchback on the lot, which Mo got us into just as quickly! We were in love with the car, and yet again, Mo went above and beyond to get the buying process started. She even invited us to have some pizza while we waited! I cannot understate how great it was to work with Mo and Brent on our purchase, and if anyone ever looks for a place to find a pre-owned vehicle around Hampstead, we're definitely going to send them to Mo! Their are so many different loans with rebate here and their and it was very confusing and i think its purposly done this way cause the price of the car i purchased was advertised for a certain amount and thats not what i paid for it. Is it my fault yes. I let them pull the whool over my eyes. If you advertise a car for a certain amount thats what i should pay. It should not matter what rebates happen based on loans i qualify for. I thought the car had 2 keys but come to find out the second key goes to another car and they told me that they may not find the other one and basically too bad. So i take this as a learning experience and move on. More
