The car detailing was acceptable, but nothing special—I'd rate it as just OK. The buying process was quick and easy, making this a good dealership for anyone who wants a straightforward car-buying experience without a lot of hassle. My biggest complaint is the fee for the “Hampstead Pre-Owned Certification,” which I felt was questionable in terms of value. Ultimately, I got the vehicle I wanted, and the dealership followed through on addressing the dents. With more transparency around fee(they won't waive it) and better attention to detailing, the experience could have been even better. More

I purchased my car three months ago, and so far I’m very happy with it. The car is in good condition and I haven’t had any major issues. I did notice some noise and brought it to their attention.
