I was expecting a small mom and pop car lot. I was amazed at how many cars and friendly employees they had. Great operation. This was my first time at Hampstead Pre-Owned. Firstly, Raquel was excellent; she was friendly, straightforward, and efficient. I would estimate the entire process from arrival (I was actually about an hour early) to the test drive to the time I was pulling out of the parking lot was about an hour. I did not have to wait on anything (they saw me right away even though I was very early to my appointment time), and the Hampstead staff moved through the sale with ease and purpose while maintaining exceptional customer service. The car itself was clean, serviced, and road-ready. This is precisely how buying a used car should be, and I will certainly be back should they ever get a hold of another used police vehicle. More
