I just traded in a Toyota Rav4 for a newer model. The communication with this dealership prior to my visit was wonderful. Brandi stayed in touch with me several times a day. When I arrived on Saturday 9/19, the car was waiting out front for me. The car was very clean and ready for sale. They offered me the same price for my old one that Carmax offered me so I was able to just drop off the older model for the newer one. They got me great financing. Took a test drive and everything was perfect. Total time from beginning to end was 2 hours and 15 minutes. This is now my go to for pre-owned vehicles. Judging from the amount of staff and the amount of customers, it is clear that they have this down to a science. Thank you! More
