I had a great experience with Hamstead pre owned. I was looking for a specific car in a specific range and was able to find that immediately through auto traders which lead me to this dealer. They were ver looking for a specific car in a specific range and was able to find that immediately through auto traders which lead me to this dealer. They were very responsive and met my multiple needs in effort to get me on the road with a car within 48 hours of contacting them. I was on a tight deadline with multiple requirements and this dealership was able to meet them all. I will also say that this dealership - in my estimate had the best prices in the state for what I was looking for. Huge thanks for making this possible. Two things I would like to comment on. As a first responder I am very attuned to the current covid crisis. Not only for myself but for those who come in contact with me. I was very disappointed that when I went into dealership there was minimal use of masks in an indoor space. As the morning progressed more people where in this space - and it was very concerning to me that the required mandate for masks was not being followed. I was very unsettled by this In the current environment. I mention this because I had to wait in the office for an extended period of time before signing on documents., However I must add that during this time I was able to witness other interactions on the sales floor. At one point an older couple was greeted by what I would assume to be a manager on the floor. They were told that they had counted the cash given multiple times and that this couple had overpaid. A manger personally handed back the 100.00 overpaid by this couple. They were obviously so thankful and some funny banter followed. But that really stood out to me- it spoke volumes as a first time customer to see that honestly out of a used car dealership. I would recommend this dealership! But please help us all do our part in this pandemic. More

My credit score is not good...but, the financial team worked on getting my payments to an affordable amount. Hamptead pre-owned does everything- tags, inspection, financing- EVERYTHING. Any doubts I had they squashed the minute I sat down with them. Thanks Alan, thanks hampstead pre-owned auto team...I LOVE my new pre-owned honda crv. Which by the way runs perfect!! More
