In my 55 years of driving a car (wow, I can't believe I just wrote that!), I have never encountered a dealership that was more friendly, fair, professional, helpful, and just plain pleasant to deal with. The fact that they were willing to deliver the car to my daughter in Washington DC (during evening rush hour, no less) just blew me away. My experience with Hampstead Preowned was extraordinary throughout, from the friendly welcome I received the minute I walked in the door (with my dog, no less), through the regular updates I received as they worked to bring the car up to their high standards, to the delighted text I received from my daughter when she learned that the car was hers. In a time of much suffering due to the Corona virus the governor of the great commonwealth of PA decided that car dealerships could not sell cars; they can only service cars. I was in need of reliable transportation and could not purchase a car!!! I was told that we could buy a vehicle from Maryland. So I looked on Cars.com and found numerous vehicles I was interested in at a dealership in Maryland very close to the PA line. I called the Hampstead Auto dealership and was treated very fairly. They even agreed to let me pick a few of the cars I was most interested in purchasing and said they would drive the vehicle into PA so we could test drive the vehicles. Well, it turns out that the one I was most interested in went home with me that day! The Hampstead Auto dealership went above and beyond all expectations. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone interested in purchasing a used vehicle. They offer a limited warranty on the powertrain and transmission which is a good deal and gives you a little peace of mind for a few months. Thank you so much to the Hampstead family in Maryland. I know when it is time for my next vehicle purchase I will seek them out to get my next car! More

4.999 stars the only thing they could do better is be closer to my house. Even then they were very helpful by delivering my car to me.
