Worst Experience, Talked me into buying a lemon Sold me a lemon, the engine failed in less than a year. Extremely rude staff, the owner had me in tears when I was in his office and clearly did not t Sold me a lemon, the engine failed in less than a year. Extremely rude staff, the owner had me in tears when I was in his office and clearly did not take me seriously as a woman buying a car. I agreed to a Honda Civic, and he told me he “accidentally” brought out the wrong one that happened to be a little cheaper than the one I wanted to buy. This Civic had a recall on it where around 100,000 miles, the coolant leaks causing the engine block to crack, which is exactly what happened to my car. I’m now sure he did this knowing it was a lemon and seeing how stressed I was by his behavior, he knew I would agree just to get out of there. Unless you’re a straight white man, stay the xxxx away from this place. This car has given me nothing but issues, cost me thousands of dollars, and I cannot wait to get rid of it. More

Found a used Honda CR-V and I will say these guys do things the “right” way. On initial test drive the car had just come in and it needed some tweaks. I was happy that they did their due diligence and h things the “right” way. On initial test drive the car had just come in and it needed some tweaks. I was happy that they did their due diligence and handled everything that needed to be done, for the CR-V it needed a new transfer case and they put a new one in now questions asked. Dare I say, but other dealerships might try to put a patch on that repair rather than spending the money to do the work right. I will say though I did have to go back after getting the car but again all repairs were covered, I needed a new actuator for the door lock and a new serpentine belt. Would have been better obviously if this was done while it was there. I will recommend this dealership to others for sure.
