We called before driving an hour to visit Hampstead to make sure that the car we were interested was still in stock, but by the time we arrived it had been sold. The owner himself came to personally apologize to us and generously offered to pay for the gas we had used to drive there. He also offered to show us any other cars that we may be interested in, but there was absolutely no pressure. We looked at various cars and in the end we chose a car with fewer miles as the original car that we were interested in. This car was more expensive, but the owner significantly dropped the price and gave us a deal that we could not pass up. We are very happy with our new car, and also with the exemplary customer service that we received. The owner and every staff member treated us like one of the family, and the level of service was beyond outstanding. I highly recommend Hampstead Pre-Owned for anyone needing a good used car at a great price and an amazing customer service experience! More
