When I started shopping for a used car, I was bracing myself for the usual round of pushy salespeople interested more in making a sale and getting a c When I started shopping for a used car, I was bracing myself for the usual round of pushy salespeople interested more in making a sale and getting a commission than in providing customer service. I was therefore shocked when I stumbled upon Hampstead Pre-Owned and encountered an experience far different than I was expecting. I went looking for a car I had found online. When I realized that it wasn't what I was looking for, the salesman invited me to browse through their cars by myself without anyone following me around or looking over my shoulder. When I had questions, they were immediately answered. And when we asked if we could take a car on a slightly longer test drive, the staff was more than amenable. They worked with us to resolve any of the issues that are typical with a used car (dents, scrapes, full detailing, etc.) and kept us updated the entire time. I ended up buying the car and couldn't have been more pleased with the overall experience. I'd highly recommend them and I will be shopping there again the next time I'm in the market for a car. More

Hampstead Pre-owned Buying experience was exceptional Buying a vehicle is never fun for me but Hampstead made it a positive one for me. I needed a commuting car with good gas mileage. After looking around the Annapolis area, I thought the preowned Toyotas were price a little high. I found Hampstead Pre-owned on-line and their prices were lower. It was a drive to get there but well worth the trip. There was no high pressure to buy and they left me alone while I test drive several vehicles. They truely made car buying an enjoyable experience and would recommend them to anyone looking for a preowned vehicle. After we purchased the car it was dinner time. They recommend a great place in town for us to grab a quick bite, Greenmount Station. Thanks again! More
