We anticipated a complicated process as my lease was up on a Ford Ranger from another dealer and we wanted to use the equity accumulated on the truck. The offer was more than fair and we were able to get into the Tucson we wanted with ease. Rob and Marco kept us informed through everything and made us feel they were on our side throughout the deal. There was absolutely NO pressure exerted on us at anytime. Well, fast forward to October. Our beautiful new white Tucson with only 3300 miles on it was rear ended and totaled. Mary was devastated, she loved her car. Fortunately we have a good insurance company and things worked out but contacting Hampton Ford greatly eased the process as Rob and Marco guided us through the purchase of our new Tucson. That best final price and deal structure exceeded my expectations and this made it an easy decision to purchase my new truck - which I took delivery of the next day.
