I understand when you put on a car “as is” But I came into the dealership saying that I had a deaf/blind heart patient medically fragile daughter, and in my third trimester of pregnancy… I quite literall into the dealership saying that I had a deaf/blind heart patient medically fragile daughter, and in my third trimester of pregnancy… I quite literally said “I really need to know what’s wrong with this vehicle because I Gotta make sure my babies and I are not stranded on the side of the road.” If you guys had any type of soul you would have said something To not put me and my children in harm. I even specifically asked this to David Morrison… he said nothing. It drove smoothly when I test drove it and I knew that the right side passenger side door was going to need fixed… I was OK with that. I traded in my Good working Honda Accord and I bought the used Honda odyssey… They had us come back multiple times in forgetting to have me sign so much paperwork. Exactly a week later the van broke down, me 36 weeks pregnant and my medically fragile daughter with her nurse in the van. I had to spend $3675 in repairs maxing out my credit card. Even after this I had another person say they forgot to have me sign some thing and came to my house to have me sign more paperwork. I expressed my extreme disappointment… But nothing was done… No care whatsoever. They were just glad they got rid of it with no regard for how it would affect the life of a pregnant mom of a heart patient toddler. Pure omission and dishonesty put me and my daughters lives at risk. I hope you rot in xxxx. More
