They have a lot of issues with customers. For example, their Service Manager made me sign a document wothout explaining what it was. Then made me pay $267.00 for doing nothing to my car. It was not at all about selling, it was about establishing trust and long term relationship. Having Jag & the General Manager work together as a Team towards my purchase was great and without no pressure whatsoever. The overall reassurance of the purchasing process was a peace of mind made everything calm and easy. It was a great feeling that upon entry of the dealership that the same was welcoming.
