Out of state buyer treated as home town Found this 335d advertised on auto trader after weeks of missed deals. This was the one I wanted it had all the options and was the exact color combo. Found this 335d advertised on auto trader after weeks of missed deals. This was the one I wanted it had all the options and was the exact color combo. Only hitch it was 5.5 hours and a state away. So I called on a Thursday evening and spoke with Tommy briefly about the car and found out it had another serious injury too. We talked some numbers and I slept on it that evening the next morning I called to check if it sold that evening and luckily it did not. So I had him put a hold on it and told him that I would be there sat morning from 50 miles north of Atlanta GA to hopefully purchase of it was as advertised. I got there with the family in our one way rental car. Tommy had the car all cleaned up and waiting for me to inspect and test drive. Everything went smoothly thanks to Tommy and Bob I was able to leave Florida with my unicorn. More

Rude Parts Department Since the day I bought my WRX I always have a problem about this dealership parts department. The last time that I was there Subaru sent me a gift coupon and trying to buy an item this jerk David Hawk told me that they cannot accept the coupon... THEN MENTIONED EVEN YOU WON"T COME BACK TO THIS DEALERSHIP! I cannot do anything about it. More

Professional, knowledgeable, friendly, proficient. Once again I had the joy of buying another vehicle from Sean. I knew what I wanted, had called ahead and Sean was prepared. We took a test ride and he explained items as we drove, but was not distracting. When we returned to the dealership is when he demonstrated all the "goodies". His total knowledge of the car and his ability to answer everyone of my questions made it a sure bet. We sat down and started the paper work. A deal was easily struck, and the remaining paperwork was handled seamlessly. Having worked with Sean before was totally satisfied and knew should any further questions arise he was available to answer them. Everything was completed in about two hours and I was out the door, completely satisfied. What I had expected and was not disappointed. Should you want a true professional and to have a GREAT experience I would totally recommend Mr Sean Kelly. More

I drove 12 hours round trip to buy a Forester XT! After hunting the entire state for my idea of the perfect Subaru Forester XT my search ended with finding an incoming one with Jason Proietto! I live in fortmyers and would have to make the drive to get the car 6 hours away. Jason made the process easy and got me a great deal along with Bob the finance manager and delivered on everything they said not one issue at all. I am in the business and these guys were truly exceptional and got me in and out with my new Subaru within 1 hour of driving there. This is our 6th Subaru and will buy many more from these guys on the future! More
