The Best Dealership I've Ever Been To!! It all started with a phone call. All I wanted to know is if Subaru Of Orange Park would lease to someone who lives out of state. Domonique was able t It all started with a phone call. All I wanted to know is if Subaru Of Orange Park would lease to someone who lives out of state. Domonique was able to quickly take my information and find out the exact answer from her manager. After hearing they would lease to me, I knew this was going to be good. I then told her which vehicle i was interested in, explained the drive i would have to take to get there and told her about the lease I was trying to get out of. Within that day or the next she was texting me numbers of what my new lease would be. Domonique was very easy going and made sure I knew everything that was going on. I also got to speak with Charles Smith, he was also very easy going and caring! The dealership let me know when my car arrived (Because it was in transit), who I was going to be leasing with and how many miles were on the car so I could get my insurance binder going. I finally got to take my 2.5 hour drive to Subaru on Saturday April 28,2018. From the minute I showed up at the dealership, everyone was amazing and Domonique was there waiting for me. She handed me the keys to my car, put a dealer plate on and told me to go for a ride! I was in love as soon as I saw my WRX. I couldn't stop smiling!!!! I then ended my visit with Bob D'Amelio (Bob the builder haha). He made signing that paperwork super quick but also made sure i knew everything I was signing. My mom was with me throughout this journey. She was very impressed with this dealership. She also agrees everyone was amazing and we hope to be back soon so Domonique can sell her a vehicle! I hope to see everyone I worked with when I come in for my first service appointment. I do not plan on taking my car to any local shops unless necessary. Subaru Of Orange Park, You Guys Rock!! More
