She put me in touch with Jason Eubanks with whom I discussed a purchase deal. We were able to negotiate a deal I was pleased with. Within two days, my wife and I had our new Crosstrek. From the moment we were greeted at the door, everyone at OP Subaru was courteous, friendly and helpful. Jason introduce us Sean Kelley who led us through the rest of our experience. Sean is very professional and personable. He is well informed and could answer all of our questions. In addition to details about our car, Sean also gave us a tour of the dealership explaining service procedures, etc. Also assisting in our process was Bob D'Amelio, who again was very professional and personable. We found both of these gentlemen easy to work with and extremely efficient. Sean accompanied us to our vehicle and did a thorough job of explaining all of the features and assisted in connecting our phone. He was patient and didn't rush through the process. We drove away impressed not only with our new 2018 Crosstrek, but also by the people at Orange Park Subaru. More

However, as soon as I walked through the doors of Orange Park Subaru Sean Kelly immediately made me feel important and took me serious. I felt valued. The car I was interested in wasn't on the lot however Sean and his team went above and beyond to make sure they found the exact car and model I was looking for. Needless to say they gave me a great deal and I loved the whole buying experience. Outback was in Service Dept over 8 months This dealership has problems that start at the top. Three Service Managers in 8 months, NOT GOOD. My 2016 Subaru Outback 2.5 (fully loaded) with 106 This dealership has problems that start at the top. Three Service Managers in 8 months, NOT GOOD. My 2016 Subaru Outback 2.5 (fully loaded) with 10600 miles backfired for no reason and then the engine started ticking. Called the 1-800 number and the car was towed to Subaru OP for inspection and repair. That was in November 2016. SInce then, the engine has been worked on and worked on and worked on. We never got any updates from the upper management team unless we reached out to them first. I cant go into details of what was done at the dealership, but I can tell you we were made to feel like the engine fault was our doing, we were not valued as customers at many levels within the organization. We didn't buy there in Dec 2015/Jan 2016 Finally in mid-June, we asked Subaru of America to step in and a re-purchase was agreed upon. The GM was directed to find a REPLACEMENT Outback in an effort to fix the broken customer relationship. His answer was to try to sell us a 2017 Outback for over $40000. Screw the customer is how we felt, so long as he shows a profit. We did get our replacement 2017 Subaru Outback 3.6R Limited (fully loaded) out the door for $37250 from Mastro Subaru in Tampa FL. I recommend you make the drive, save the $$ and enjoy real customer service. More
