Got my 2017 Outback I did not need help deciding on what Subaru I wanted, only when and for what price. Tim was very professional and knew all the car's bells and whistles. He was not pushy, only politely persistent. I left feeling I got a decent price for a great car. My only complaint was the time it took to complete the deal, but even the finance manager, Bob, was a pleasure to work with. Thank you for a good experience. I should mention that this is my 3rd Outback from SOP! More

He was patient, friendly, helpful, informative and he did not possess that typical car salesman persona. He was very respectful with regard to prepurchase communication as well. He figured out what was best for me and did not harass me with communication. Bob D'Amelio, the finance manager, was extremely helpful with the financing process and helped me get a far better interest rate than what I was able to obtain myself. He also was very pleasant and we never felt any pressure. I have purchased many cars over the years, including several S-Class Mercedes, and I think this was my most positive experience. I highly recommend this dealership. More

We moved from Sean Kelley to Benjie Weber to Bob D'Amelio and everyone was professional, courteous, listened well to our needs, and provided us with exceptional service. Typical Hanania It wasn't the worst experience I've ever had, by far. Some of the staff were polite, but on several visits I've not left with a good impression overall. First was in 2014 when I accompanied a friend who was interested in a manual Impreza. After being informed that there were none in stock, the salesman requested to process a credit application. Kind of a headscratcher, considering that they had nothing he wanted to buy. In March of this year I stopped to look at Outbacks. Saleswoman was polite, but seemed a bit new and unfamiliar. The follow-up calls became excessive - to the point I was being called every day. Dealing with a family funeral at that time occupied my attention, and I had to ask to stop being called. A few months ago, a family member was looking for a new Subaru. We offered invoice plus TTT, they agreed. Pricing sheet came back with invoice plus additional profit. That went back and forth a bit, and when advised we would get back in contact after checking other state dealers, a sarcastic response was received - so no thanks, no sale. Then last month I finally was ready to buy an Outback. Inadvertently I used my ZIP code when processing a form on Subaru.com and it went to this dealer. Again with the calls, and I asked for no more emails or calls. I ended up going elsewhere to buy. Again, not the worst dealer ever, but it feels like a typical Hanania dealer (same as the environment at Volkswagen OP, Hyundai OP, or Fiat OP). If they really focused, I think it could be improved very well. More

Traded Up For A Great Deal!! I went to this Subaru dealership because I wanted to get rid of my 2016 Wrx CVT that I have owned for 4 months. Sean Kelley was a very dapper young ma I went to this Subaru dealership because I wanted to get rid of my 2016 Wrx CVT that I have owned for 4 months. Sean Kelley was a very dapper young man with a passion for Subaru like no other. He worked so hard to get me the car that I've been dreaming about, and the finance manager pulled of the most amazing APR I've seen in little to no time. I have less than perfect credit as well. Between Sean, Brent, and the floor manager Robbie, these gentlemen got me into my 2017 Wrx Sti. Will continue my buisness with these guys! Couldn't rate Sean Kelley but he gets ***** 5 stars as well. I think he was more excited about me buying the Sti than I was. There was no problem with the Wrx Cvt, but I prefer standard transmission. More
