I don't know if I have ever had a better experience shopping and buying a car! I reached out about a ford explorer in a specific color a couple weeks ago. Zorion gave me the initial info and then didn shopping and buying a car! I reached out about a ford explorer in a specific color a couple weeks ago. Zorion gave me the initial info and then didn't blow up my phone trying to pressure me to come in. He did check in a couple times and when we were ready we made an appointment. We drove the 2 hours to Handy in St Albans (and was super late for our appointment), but Z had the car pulled up and ready to go. It was easy to test drive, make sure car seats fit and negotiate a price that felt fair to us all. Sales Manager Jason was well informed on the value of the vehicle they were selling and informed us of thousands of dollars of work they had put into it to make it a safe used vehicle. He was ready with carfaxs and mechanics reports to show the work. Finance Manager Ken was wonderful, too. I have never sat in a finance office and been comfortable because to often they try to strong arm you for more. Ken know what he had to offer and listened to us for what we were willing to add or not add. He was so friendly! Ken let us know of the the perks of buying from Handy- a couple oil changes, tire rotations and 5 years of inspection stickers. That's a huge value! Over all, shopping at Handy with the sales team we had the opportunity to work with was absolutely worth the drive! They were all so kind, friendly and incredible. I just wish they were closer so we could use the service side of the dealership! More
