The general manager Mr. Bailor, introduced himself to me and my children and made the overal experience of purchasing a new car, very personal and felt as if we were being welcomed to be part of a family. My past experience in purchasing a new Hyundai in 2006 at Lithia Hyundai in Fresno was not as nice and due to an oversight by my sales representative caused me to spend several hundred dollars on a new cargo door on a brand new SUV. More

Highly recommended. We stopped by to see what they had on the used lot and were immediately comforted by the lack of "vulturing" I've experienced at many other dealerships. Loved our experience!! We had no salesman stauking us around the lot. When our salesman Ray Harber did come out he was very nice and friendly! Did not pressure us at all! I have recommended Hanford Hyundai to others looking for a good solid deal on reliable transportation. One word of caution; if the vehicle that you are looking at is advertised on their web site, with items like a "Full Size Spare Tire" Make sure that you consult the sales represented about the item in question. We had put off purchasing another car because of having to deal with 'pushy' salesmen. When Sean came out to greet us, he immediately put us at ease about checking out the vehicles on the lot, explaining to deal with 'pushy' salesmen. Because he was going to be out of town the next day, he introduce us to Gilbert. Wow! Team work...a new concept in buying a car. The next day when we came to make 'our deal' because Gilbert was doing double duty, he introduced us to Pat, who continued the outstanding policy of meeting the needs of the customer!
