Hello Mr. Sanchez I've talked to you over the phone on Thursday, June 14, 2012. You promise to send me an e-mail confirming in detail what you promise me for next service of my vehicle. Our conversation decision to correct the bad customer I've experience on June 11, 2012. You promise me to give me a full refund of my last service Monday, June 11, 2012 and to service for my Totoya Prius at the 60,000 miles maintenance package. I though did receive my refund. I checked my e-mail the next three days, but i didn't receive your e-mail regarding the details you promise me on our agreement to complete my customer satisfication. What happen to the commitment conversation we agree over the phone conversation? It seems like your now giving me your word 100% percent on this commitment service you promise me. We customer put our TRUST in Toyota Dealership to take care our vehicles when we need it fix or service. You would want the same for your vehicle too. We pay top dollars and hard earn money to Toyota. We the people work in the hard labor jobs such warehouse production companies and on the fields picking produce in the hot weather. Trust and Excellent service is pride every business provide to their customer. I have a lot of family that owns Toyota vehicles and get their cars service their in Hanford Toyota. We might have to take our service somewhere else. I feel that every customer have the right to read my review from my experience with Hanford Toyota. Customer Stephen V.

Hanford Toyota responded

Edgar Sanchez, our Service Manager, called Mr. Vang and apologized for the experience he had in our Service Department. They discussed at length the issues Mr. Vang had during his service visit. Hanford Toyota refunded Mr. Vang all monies spent related to the service visit. Hanford Toyota takes great pride in its reputation, and our owner, and all managers, are always available to discuss customer service issues when they come up.

I try to contact the Hanford Toyota Owner about this situation, but he had another manager call me instead. My whole experience with this Dealership Hanford Toyota is the worst experience. As a customer, I just wanted to let the owner know about my experience that i had with his staffs at the Hanford Toyota. As a customer at Hanford Toyota, since that first day I came there for my visit to service my car, the whole staff left me out and forgotten about me as a customer. Time management there at Hanford Toyota needs to be walk through and check by the owner. It seems like the staffs are not doing their jobs and it takes forever for the staffs to service a customer's car. Per conversation over the phone, the Service Manager Edgar stated he'll get a e-mail right to me right away after our conversation to correct their bad customer service with me, but he didn't do so. Four days later, he sent me a e-mail wanted me to update my comments and correct it on Dealer Rater.com so their Facilities Hanford Toyota could have a perfect score. It seems like this perfect score means a lot to their facility probaly for salary raises and bonuses. Then a couple days later, he finally sent me the e-mail he promise me about my next service over the phone. As a Manager, I would've taken action for my customer right away and do what I promise, not a week later. Time management is bad at Hanford Toyota. Hopefully customer reading this understand me about this Dealership and their service. Customer Stephen V.
