To whom it may concern, I have been conducting business with Hank Graff for over ten years now. This includes my aunts, uncles, nephews, nieces, mother, father, and my sisters. This dealership is truly a blessing to not only the Davison community that they serve but also to all the surrounding communities they provide service to like Lapper where my parents live but decide to do business with Hank Graff upon my recommendation. I am a General Motors employee which, sets a very high expectation from dealerships in the area for customer service and customer appreciation. I have had business in the past with Todd Wenzell in Davison where I had questionable experience with this dealership that under expectation, they need to put the customer first and listen to the customer in depth to ensure customer satisfaction. With that questionable experience I then investigated Hank Graff of Davison ten years ago and am I ever happy I did. History- I started ten years ago doing business with Hank Graff after a salesman at Todd Wenzell, had not given me a fair trade on my vehicle. I was upset as that salesman was a family member through in-laws. However, on my way back north of the dealership I decided to stop at Hank Graff. Am I ever happy I did! I first ran into Tim Burnett that approached me with refreshments and just an attitude that would remind you of sitting in your living room with family. I explained my Delima as Todd Wenzell would only offer 7,000 for my trade and I owed 9,000 and needed a new vehicle. At that second Tim came back and said let's go in the lot and see what you want and get you into the vehicle of your desire. We decided on a vehicle and during that time Tim had already appraised our vehicle for 9,000. It was a blessing in disguise and that is where the relationship begins. After that I was able to meet Jason Conger who now after Tim has moved on takes care of all my family and friends with the same care and tentativeness as we are direct family to the Hank Graff Dealership of Davison. The sales manager Mike and Jerry are also phenomenal people and care about you and your family in having a great experience! Just all around a phenomenal experience at the dealership. Now, let’s get into service. I first met Jason Fee who was an absolute amazing individual and always kept us aware and updated on our service items for our vehicles. Because Jason was so great, he was able to progress his career elsewhere and we ended up dealing with Jason Price. Now, this is where it gets personal. Jason not only felt like a brother to me when I talked to him but treated me with the upmost respect in every aspect that included updates on service, what is recommended for my vehicle, and also what is coming up for awareness to prepare for future maintenance. I have been in the automotive industry for some time and have never seen the dedication, devotion, and concentration on customer satisfaction like I have here. Justin is an amazing person! From there Justin moved onto a service manager which was well deserved in my opinion! Now I am dealing with Buzz Ferguson and for those in the community this young man is an inspiration of customer satisfaction. Buzz has so much tentativeness and care for the product of service he is providing I have to say my experience was amazing. Buzz definitely needs to be recognized for his dedication toward customer service as he not only made sure I was 120% satisfied at the dealership but contacted me periodically throughout the service in a 4-hour window to provide updates. Now, please understand during this time that Buzz is contacted me and making sure I am well aware of my status, he is also writing up numerous new service items on multiple vehicles throughout the day to our General Motors customers. Absolutely amazing with Buzz always thinking of what the customers’ expectations are and how we can meet their complete satisfaction! BUZZ YOU SHOULD BE PROUD AS YOU DID A FANTASTIC JOB! As a General Motors employee, I really take pride into people like Buzz that put the customer first and ultimately follow our strategy of winning customers for life. Keep up the great work Buzz and team!
