Iv never used a dealer for an oil change,but being I had just bought a newer car I thought I would try it,not impressed was just like any other fast oil change place,but I did exspect more from a dealer the just bought a newer car I thought I would try it,not impressed was just like any other fast oil change place,but I did exspect more from a dealer then what I got,when I first pulled in ,no one asked me anything about my car,didn’t check any of my fluids,I had to ask for them to check my air filter,the guy didn’t even know what tool he needed,he was going to use a small impact,instead of a screw driver,he hit his screwdriver on the side of my fender,luckily didn’t chip the paint,when he added the oil,he just dumped it in ,put the cap back on and closed the hook,didn’t even pull the dipstick to make sure it was full,that’s very poor service!,what if it wasn’t full and he made a mistake? I don’t think I’ll be back. More
Very courteous, nice, friendly and they tell you what's going on. If you have an issue that they find they will ask before fixing. I took off half day work to go to a scheduled service. I was told he’d have to check mechanics schedule after driving my vehicle in lot. That didn’t happen. I wasted 4 hours. Then a total mix up for days I was told he’d have to check mechanics schedule after driving my vehicle in lot. That didn’t happen. I wasted 4 hours. Then a total mix up for days . No one could get the story straight. I finally got someone to listen and got in. Had to shuttle to work. Another mixup on pick up another story mix up. Ended up waiting 45 min after work closed up in Flint. Totally bad from start to finish. It’s a lease , It had to be looked at! Very disappointed felt like I got treated like I had no brain. Not sure what’s going on there but even the woman who answered me once was rude. Very irritating. Never used to be this way. More

Appt at 7:30 for brakes and tire rotation should not take until noon. I did not get any updates unless I asked. Did not get technician video, Cody Ryan had to be called to desk to take payment and give me my until noon. I did not get any updates unless I asked. Service dept didn’t have record of my car being there two months ago. ( Felt like I was being put off because of lack of loaner vehicles) For the second time they put dye in my oil to examine in a couple of months ago. ( Felt like I was being put off because of lack of loaner vehicles) For the second time they put dye in my oil to examine in a couple of weeks. This was already done two months ago with diagnosis of a hole in my oil pan. Had to start all over again instead of getting this problem resolved. I’m disappointed and inconvenienced. Still no clue if I will have a loaner car available when I call again about the oil leak next week. More
