My truck is still in for service of the same thing that I took it in for. I also brought the truck in when it had approx 3000 miles and said there was a noise from the rear end. I was told everything was fin took it in for. I also brought the truck in when it had approx 3000 miles and said there was a noise from the rear end. I was told everything was fine, brought it in a second time (this time), and was told it was the tonneau cover. I took it for a test drive and the noise was still there. I had to take a tech for a ride with me to show them the noise and now the rear end is taken out of it waiting to be replaced. While my truck was there it was caught in the hail storm that occurred and was told my insurance has to cover it, which I had to call to find out. If the truck was fixed the first time when I told them what was wrong, my truck would have been at home and no damage would have occurred to the truck and I wouldn't be out my deductible. It's a brand new truck that I honestly don't want back knowing that almost every panel will need to be replaced or covered in Bondo. I have had no issues anywhere else when dealing with them, but this is just really inconvenient the way things compounded into what it is now and it's on me to cover it when it could have been avoided. More
