One item I would really like to comment on here is that I had Justin Price as a service writer for a few years, and now that he has gone onto a new opportunity within the dealership, I was introduced to Chase Bailey. As expected, I entered the dealership for a warranty issue and Chase was all over it. He immediately approached me in a kind, courteous and polite manner. Chase was asking all the necessary questions and introducing himself with interest in a long-term relationship with his customer (me). You can see Chase's passion, dedication, and devotion toward customer satisfaction and his appreciation for his customers as he continuously called me all morning with updates and was great with communication during the whole service.
