All was going well until the tec pointed out a power steering hose leak. I asked him to show me where the fill reservoir was located so I could check the level. He removed the engine cover and looked aro steering hose leak. I asked him to show me where the fill reservoir was located so I could check the level. He removed the engine cover and looked around and said he didn't see it and put the cover back on. When i got home I removed the cover and it was right there. It was bone dry. I thought they had been checking the level all along. I assume now that it had never been checked. I had even told them that my wife was head north on a long trip alone so I wanted everything taken care off. For the price I pay there this is xxxxxxxxx. Not sure I will ever go back again. More

I took the car in for an oil change, tire repair (slow leak - tire pressure was only about 28psi in the leaky tire), and tire rotation. While at lunch, they called me to ask the location of the lug nut ke leak - tire pressure was only about 28psi in the leaky tire), and tire rotation. While at lunch, they called me to ask the location of the lug nut key. I said it was most likely in the glove box, and asked whether the dealership had one of its own if mine wasn't found. I was told that, if they couldn't find mine, they would have to go through a box of miscellaneous keys, trying to find the correct one, and it would add time to my vehicle service. They did not do the tire repair - said they could not find the leak - and they moved the underinflated tire to its new location in the rotation without adding air. The service summary stated, "adjusted tire pressures and fluids to manufacturers specifications". Obviously, they did not. And, my pet peeve: the technician changed the position of the driver's seat in order to move the car within the dealership. The seat was set for a normal size person. The technician apparently thought it was a good idea to change the owner's setting to ensure he could be as comfortable as possible for the 60 seconds he was behind the wheel. Here's an idea: leave the owners settings alone. More
