Kody was very good at keeping me updated about my car.. I drive a mini which isn’t their specialty but they did well/// my only complaint is that they didn’t have the tool to reset my tire monitors I paid $4 drive a mini which isn’t their specialty but they did well/// my only complaint is that they didn’t have the tool to reset my tire monitors I paid $400 to get replaced. So my car still reads low tires. I paid $857 for new tires and monitors which was ok but think maybe they should’ve had that tool to complete the job. More

Quick service turnaround and also sent a short walk around video of my vehicle after service was performed. The only suggestion I would give is the lady that called me from the dealer to confirm my appointment kept trying to get me into an earlier appointment. I explained several times to her that I chose this time for a specific reason due to family needs of the vehicle before she finally confirmed the time I had chosen. Not a major issue as most customers probably would want an earlier appointment but if I wanted ASAP service I would have just dropped it off without an appointment. Great service and I always recommend Hank Graff Davison to friends as well as Mark in used vehicles for A+++ experience. More
I took my 2013 Impala to Graff for an oil change in the late afternoon. The team recommended an air filter change. The replacement filter is now a bit thicker than the OE. After verifying that it was, inde late afternoon. The team recommended an air filter change. The replacement filter is now a bit thicker than the OE. After verifying that it was, indeed, the correct part, they had a hard time making it work. The oil change and filter replacement complete, I was on my way. I soon noticed a fluttering noise from the engine and returned to the shop for them to review the situation. A broken vacuum part was discovered and replaced. All is well. Thanks Graff for taking care of the problem promptly. More
