Turned in my suburban to fix a squeeking issue due to some work on my transmission that this dealership just completed 1 week prior. My car is still in the shop and I have received no feedback from anyon some work on my transmission that this dealership just completed 1 week prior. My car is still in the shop and I have received no feedback from anyone, despite calling up there everyday. Originally they had my suburban for 3 months due to a part supply issue, which isnt their fault but the lack of communication to me about what is going on with my car now, is infuriating. More
