I am very frustrated with the service department. -1st incident: Last oil change I had, I requested for a tire rotation. I explained that my front passenger side showed a small leak on the comput -1st incident: Last oil change I had, I requested for a tire rotation. I explained that my front passenger side showed a small leak on the computer system. They said they didn't see anything and did the tire rotation. The next day, I received the same code and went to put air in and noticed the pressure matched what the app was telling me on the same tire side. So I stopped in and they checked the sensor codes. Came back and said there was a small nail in that tire and said they patched it. -2. Yesterday, I went to get my next oil change and noticed I was still getting a pop up code that my tire was losing air in the same front passenger side as before. First she said it would be a 10 min wait, I can wait in the car... I explained to them the continual problem and She said they would check. Came back and told me they just patched OVER the nail from last time and it was still leaking. LIKE WTH>? that's sooo dangerous!!! 1.15 hour later..... She came back and told me I was done and wouldn't charge me for the tire patch and took off $5 off the $80 oil change.. I don't believe I had a tire rotation as that was what I paid for, let alone learning they just patching over the nail was super frustrating. I will never go back. More
