Fast and reliable but this last visit was a little sketch. I signed the agreement without a total cost but I knew that at the time. I was there for an oil change, tire rotation and I had them replace the battery in my key fob. When I went to check out the math didn't look right so I was thinking I got charged for 2 batteries. The technician then started playing with numbers on the computer that made the total various things. Another technician came over and stated they always charge more for my style vehicle. I found my own supervisor after getting no answers that made sense to me from either technician. He claims I was accidently charged 8 dollars for incidentals and it should have only been 1.08 for windshield washer fluid. Long story short the problem was corrected but I have never had these problems going to a small business. I know the price up front and it includes the incidentals such as fluid. I probably will use the small business and only head to the dealership if I have to. More

From start to finish, I called to get my appointment, and Jill helped me expediently. I appreciated him telling me MERRY CHRISTMAS, he too was amazing, I got my cracked Windshield repaired by Eric. Eric did a great job repairing my windshield, and they had me out of there in no time. My oil was changed, all the little things that needed to be checked and filled were done with care, and I was good to go. I love Hank Graff! More
