I came in for scheduled oil change & tire rotation. They did not rotate my tires. Said lug was swollen tight. They did not try very hard, so I went home and got it off in 2 minutes. Went in for oil change. Tire rotation. They missed the hole in the engine and poured oil on the intake and down the side of the exhaust. Got home, could smell oil burning, 1 Tire rotation. Went back to dealership and complained. The service manager intervened and promptly got the truck cleaned up. More
