I had an appointment at 730am for routine oil change, recall check. I was even there and in line early, first one. People without appointments got in and out way before me as well as appointments after recall check. I was even there and in line early, first one. I was pulled in on time but at least 5 people asked me my name five time yet no one did the work after me requesting help. Finally a young lady directed me outside which I waited another ten minutes and finally I went back in and a manager came to speak with me. I was pulled back in and ten more minutes later the work was started. The men who did the service finally explained there was some kind of “computer glitch” which caused my very long wait. They were polite and apologetic. I went there to get this service done because of the excellent salesman, Chris Horwath, who sold me my Equinox. Will I go back for service? I am not sure. Would I go back to my salesman? ABSOLUTELY! More

My car was in service for 37 hours for a 4-hour service call. After 34 hours I tried several times to contact service writer to get an update on when I would get my car back, after 3 hours I finally got an call. After 34 hours I tried several times to contact service writer to get an update on when I would get my car back, after 3 hours I finally got an answer to when I would get my car back and it wasn't from service writer. I had an appointment for 10am Tuesday and got my car back at 5pm Wednesday after I chased someone down to get some answers for me to when my car would be done. I always had a good opinion of this dealership, but not anymore. More
