Lug nuts were never tightened on one tire. 4 lug nuts were gone and the tire was barely hanging on. My wife was stranded for 3 hours waiting for roadside assistance missing 3 hours of work. The GM did a great job responding to the incident bringing her a car and taking the truck back for inspection.
