I dropped my car off on August 14th for an oil change, tire rotation, squeeze in the dash and noise in the rear end. My service advisor was fired and nobody called just customers to let them know they wo tire rotation, squeeze in the dash and noise in the rear end. I called many times for an update on my vehicle and I was just sent to voicemail each time after 3 days of not having any updates I left work early 3 hours so that I can be face-to-face with somebody and get an update on my vehicle. Trent was great he helped me finally after nobody else would. After my vehicle was finished and I picked it up that Friday they actually charged me for my oil changed and tire rotation after I was inconvenience for 4 days. I work in Saginaw 70 miles round trip everyday and it's difficult to borrow a vehicle when you drive that far every day. The only reason why I paid for the oil change and the tire rotation was because I knew I would receive a survey. I purchased my vehicle in 2022 from Hank Graff during the inventory shortage. Jacob was very helpful and came through for me when I was in need of a vehicle due to a car accident after owning my vehicle for only 5 months. That was very surprised at the bad service that I received on my last visit. My suggestion would be if you're going to fire an employee make sure that employee's customers are taken care of and not falling through the cracks. And now to my surprise I noticed that night when I picked up the vehicle that none of the molding around the doors was put back on properly so now I have to take the vehicle back again which is another inconvenience.
