It was tough to get an appointment within a week of the car breaking down. They’re booked out pretty far out for service appointments, especially oil changes. However, I did get a Friday drop off for a hig car breaking down. They’re booked out pretty far out for service appointments, especially oil changes. However, I did get a Friday drop off for a high pressure fuel pump replacement on my 2015 Malibu, which they had finished by the middle of the following week. I also like that they actually call you and advise what they found, what the issue is and provide a price total for the work you need instead of the text message system that Vic Canever in Fenton uses now where they try to sell you additional services mixed in with clever radio buttons and bury the actual service you need with additional unnecessary services in the hopes you’ll mistakenly authorize a transmission flush when you need a fuel pump. Lastly, the service advisors seem like they kind of know what they’re talking about and that they actually care about your vehicle issue, as opposed to some kid who could care less about you or your car and is more worried about her social media posts than getting your car written-up. I will probably go back to Graff Chevrolet Durand for those reasons. More
