When I was quoted for the key it was $200 a key. They ordered two keys even when I said it was one. I was told I need to pay for a second key because it was ordered even though I never authorized it They ordered two keys even when I said it was one. I know it’s an estimate but I was never notified until the key was here and was told I needed to pay for it because it was here. If I was notified that it was $350 I would have cancelled the order. I never authorized the order of a $350 key. CA law requires that I have to authorize an orders over the original estimate. I will never suggest this location. The service was terrible and I was told multiple times that they don’t know where the mix up happened but I need to pay for it. More

Miley said the car would be ready and it wasn't - even the following day. She was unprofessional and lacked basic communication skills including ability to provide work order upon check in or at any time the following day.
