Very bad experience just on a simple oil change job. There was barely any oil on the dip stack when I checked it after 30 minutes of oil change by the dealership. Called them right away. One of the reps verified the very low level but the person incharge magically kept seeing higher level and giving excuses instead of admitting and moving on. More

The sales person was pleasant and helpful. Didn’t know many things about the car that I was purchasing. Had to keep asking other sales people.
