Overall, the recall service was great, but whoever test drove my car, didn’t put my seat back, where it was. My windshield was dirty, and my side mirrors were had been moved. I had to wait for part more than a month. Why it takes so long to get just part ? I paid almost nine thousand dollars but when I picked up car, car was so dusty outside &bad smell inside. The fee charges for diagnosis of vehicle is too high, $255 whereas other dealership don't charge if you are a customer. Also, it took a whole day to diagnose my vehicle although I made early morning app $255 whereas other dealership don't charge if you are a customer. Why do they charge a storage fee of $150 a day if ones vehicle stays in their facility after repairs? More

I was EXTREMELY IMPRESSED with the receptionist/service assistant. I forgot her name. She is an asset beyond measure. I arrived very early for my appointment, but she welcomed me inside, made coffee, had assistant. I forgot her name. She is an asset beyond measure. I just have one comment. In previous dealerships (different type of car) they was the car before returning it. Is this not your policy? More
