Technician was very helpful but I had to ask multiple questions to get help and had to ask to speak direct to technician. Technician was diligent in helping me find a temporary solution. Chris in Parts and Anselmo were efficient and provided me with info I needed yesterday. BUT all previous times I've tried to contact someone in service with a question, I received NO callback EVER, including with info I needed yesterday.
