We didnt feel any pressure to get it right away, we wanted to get an idea of how much we would pay and interest an all. But we end up getting what we wanted with the help of one of the managers there and ofcourse thanks to Joe for helping out because at first we werent happy with how high the payments and the down payment but after all they worked it out! Joe and Jermaine made it fun and were very patient with my low tech don't want the fancy stuff attitude. They showed me all levels of Camry and were knowledgeable about what each model offered. My current car was a 2003 Camry and I wanted to stay with that model. They spent TWO days with me, listened to me complain endlessly about why would Toyota make a car that only plays one CD at a time, never got frustrated, answered all my questions with a smile. They made a painful process that I was dreading into a fun experience. Yet they did their job for the dealership well. I went in there looking for a used Camry, came out with a brand new one that didn't even HAVE a CD player in it. THAT's how good they are!!! And all with a smile and good humor. Joe even explained how I could upload my CD's onto a thumb drive to listen to while I drive now. I felt I was in good hands all the way through. I'd had a couple of issues with your Service Department with my old car, but I feel I'm in good hands with Joe and Jermaine if something comes up with my new car. Without a doubt the best car purchase experience I've ever had. I hope they are still there the next time I need a car. More
