I was told my vehicle would be ready on Saturday. I brought it in on Friday. Martha told me that the part had to be ordered. I told her I needed the truck by Monday. She said that shouldn’t be a prob I brought it in on Friday. Martha told me that the part had to be ordered. I told her I needed the truck by Monday. She said that shouldn’t be a problem. She called me Monday and told me that the part had not been ordered And I would have to wait until Tuesday if I’d like just to come back and pick up the truck and not have the work done that’s OK. It was too late for that so I picked up the truck on Tuesday. Very disappointed. More
