I went for a oil change with coupon. Then wanted to add tire rotation and brake inspection for extra. However service representative told me if I add extra services oil change coupon wou Then wanted to add tire rotation and brake inspection for extra. However service representative told me if I add extra services oil change coupon wouldn't be honored therefore I didn't include additional services what a shame. Yiu click bait customer to come to your dealer for a service when I do I'm not offered service that I want. Shame on toyota. Won't be returning and recommending toyota service anymore. Greedy dealers. Great job on loosing customer of 7 + years. You keep on this tacky path to trick customers next thing you will be on the road to bankruptcy. More
