It’s always a hit and miss with the service department. I made an appointment at 9:30am. Arrived 9:25am and there were already 2 cars ahead of me. I didn’t get greeted by a service representative until 9:5 I made an appointment at 9:30am. Arrived 9:25am and there were already 2 cars ahead of me. I didn’t get greeted by a service representative until 9:50am. Although, the service representative was straight to the point he did say that they are running behind and it will be a few hours. I didn’t get a call back until 11:45am. My point is why make an appointment if we are not going to be seen until close to 10am and this was a Monday. More

My appointment was at 8AM. I was there at 7AM, first in line. A nice lady came down, greeted me good morning and asked if I have an appointment. She gave me my number. They ope I was there at 7AM, first in line. A nice lady came down, greeted me good morning and asked if I have an appointment. She gave me my number. They opened at 7:30 something, I got in. Another nice lady came, asked me to leave my key, told to go to table 4. We talked, she did what she needed to do. I signed the paper and waited for almost an hour and a half. She called my name, I went to the cashier, I paid and left. Everything was smooth and faster. More
