They are slow to greet customers with appointments; I waited about 25 minutes for a service writer to come out of their office and begin the process of writing up my service request. I spent over $2,500 waited about 25 minutes for a service writer to come out of their office and begin the process of writing up my service request. I spent over $2,500 for routine major servicing, which no one reviewed with me after all of the work was completed, and my car was dirty when I picked it up on the morning the work was completed. I’ve purchased cars every 3-5 years for the last 30 years from just about everyone. This was by far the easiest and most friendly group I’ve ever dealt with. James Benavides was super friendly and call from just about everyone. This was by far the easiest and most friendly group I’ve ever dealt with. James Benavides was super friendly and called with updates (huge), the deal and financing was straight forward, and everyone just seemed happy to make the experience smooth and friendly. I wish every dealership would have the same philosophy. Buying a car is an enormous purchase and should be fun. Everyone there made that happen and I’m grateful for their efforts. Even though it’s an hour+ from my home I would buy there again. Good people make it worth it. More
